The term "Young Turks" originated as a reference to the Committee for Union and Progress, which were the youngsters that overthrew the Ottoman Sultan, promised reform, and ended up carrying out a genocide.    Armenian-Americans don't expect many to know that but I'm sure Cenk knew.   I can't speak for Ana.

who has made many anti Islam comments Ana does to speak to this, sticking to Women's Issues.

a long habit of not thinking a thing WRONG, gives it a superficial appearance of being RIGHT, and raises at first a formidable outcry in defense of custom.

      1. Young progressive or insurgent member of an institution, movement, or political party. 2. Young person who rebels against authority or societal expectations.(American Heritage Dictionary)
The Young Turks cast is multicultural and fully aware of the issues you raise. It's your choice to interpret it to be offended.

But we all know the real reason many here don't like the show: they honestly criticize Obama when he deserves it. That's too much for some.
