    But I think it's more of a practice than a concrete belief system.  Nobody sets out to be syncretism, especially not people who believe in divine revelations or racial purity,they just find it sells.  The soviets and Chinese communists each found much in their countries' tradition from which to draw.

    So, the nazis would have been all over yoga, then and now.  This fox dude's problem is he doesn't know to coopt things, while the mega churches offering yoga or Pilates classes surely do.

    Difficult, difficult, lemon difficult.

      I have several old diaries on Umberto Eco and Eric Hoffer and Karl Popper.  A cult or movement always need fresh revelations and mysteries, and the easiest way to get material is to steal it.
