question my opposition to the death penalty.

If there is no accountability for those who authorized torture, we can no longer say that we are a nation of laws, not men.

I wish losers like that would be guaranteed the death penalty. I don't like the notion that someone like him could potentially go back into the community. He doesn't deserve life, in or out of prison, after what he did. I can't bring myself to ever forgive anyone who commits such an inhuman act.

Don't get me wrong, if someone is proven innocent thanks to good forsenics and all then naturally that makes sense, but I really don't think violent criminals deserve second chances, mercy or any form of forgiveness.

I mean why would anyone want a guy who brutally raped a little girl back out in their neighborhood? Why give him any kind of happiness after what he did? It boggles my mind that there are people who would spare pieces of shit like this rapists. Fuck him. He's single-handedly revoked his humanity and doesn't rate humane treatment. His victim on the other hand deserves that compassion and humanity. Not him!

In the meantime, I'll settle for life imprisonment since the death penalty isn't approved of these days. That guy doesn't deserve human rights.
