    Which we conveniently ignore in this country in order to focus on athletics.  :)

    Hell, according to my English history professor, one of the fastest ways to remember a story is to set it to music...

    Music works with memory on level that I don't think we truly understand.  (There's probably a scientific study out there, but I can't find it.)  Hell, even the Spartans understood that music was essential to education.  (True it was for military purposes, but still...)

    I don't blame Christians. I blame Stupid. Which sadly is a much more popular religion these days.

      music adding another pathway to the learning thus making it easier to remember. Which makes some sense, more neurons lighting up on a subject means more ways to recall it later.

      What's wrong with America? I'll tell you. Everything Romney said was pre-chewed wads of cud from Republicans from the last 30 years and yet he managed thru a combination of racism and selling the (false) hope of riches to get 47% of the national vote.
