  •  I forgot to add chicken to my list the other day, (9+ / 0-)

    though I feel a bit guilty about including them, but I guess if you're not gonna accept my hummingbirds then I'll count my chicken.  

    Counting the chicken I have added 7 species to my tally, which puts me at 25, which puts me just one step behind you front runners! Don't stumble Polly.......You may notice that I've already made a spot for 26 and 27, just in case my pine siskins and rb nutty show back up today.

    Feeders have been very busy  all week since we got the snow even though it is mostly gone now. All the regulars are coming and going but finches are definitely the most numerous here, especially the goldfinches which are here in large numbers year round. I love watching them change colors throughout the year. It seems to me they are in constant change.
