    ... they have nothing left to threaten with.  It's become b*tching for b*tching's sake.  I particularly love that they're whining about the potential Frank appointment, which they can literally do nothing about, one way or the other.

      if there is no reform to that odious monster when the Senate finally is in session again.

      And once again we will be treated to the spectacle of tantrums deciding what the government will or will not do.

      Isn't this not just precious, but particularly timely, whining that Dems don't get to pick their representatives to Congress, and they are going to unleash mayhem in retaliation--just when, you know, those so-called gentlemen in the Senate are trying so hard to restore the fiction that Rs can be trusted to be reasonable.

        I am not hip as to how the replacement exactly works in MA, but I do believe appointing whomever MA chooses, as long as it follows MA rules, is who is going to become the replacement senator.

        Now, if they want to throw a hissy fit after the replacement, then hissy fit away.

        As if that would change the status quo.
