    does have signs in both languages that state such. It appears as jonny worsted says above that the spanish sign re: permit required for the field was mistakenly placed under the playground sign.Yes the sign meant for the field placed under the english playground sign does read of intimidation and psychological oppression but I am unclear whether it's been established this was an act of malice or laziness and ignorance.

      I've only seen pictures of the single set.

      Where I live in DC, there is a sign only in Spanish on a short wall. It basically says that people can't sit on the wall. No sign in English however. The wall is near the Consulate for El Salvador so I imagine the building managers have mainly had Spanish speakers that want to sit there but in the USA, to place an only Spanish sign that speaks to only Spanish speakers hints at racism of the worst kind. The school district should have taken the extra step and used google translator to help themselves out. Any grief they get from this is well-deserved. Ignorance? Maybe. I'll even grant that the person who made the mistake might be overworked. Bet they don't make the same mistake again.
