    is it important to say things "nice" here?  Your down rating is an abuse of the system and you should lose downrating privileges in the future.  I have been a fan of yours, until today.

      it isn't just that Cyclone isn't nice, he's downright mean to other people sometimes and doesn't shy away from directly or indirectly insulting other users. He's very smart, but that doesn't change the fact that that's what he's done.

      Since everyone here disagrees with me on this one, which is quite obvious, I'll take off the HR.
