    if not impossible.  Unlike states like Nevada where we know by comparing to actual elections that there are good private pollsters, we (the public/DKE) don't know of any good pollsters for Hawaii, at least across more than just one election so there good data to delve into.  Now if there have just been polls I've missed I'd love to see them and it wouldn't surprise me one bit to find out that there are certain good private pollsters, but without publicly available data I'm leaning towards cultural differences given how unique the Hawaii electorate is compared to the vast majority of the rest of the United States.  That and I can't imagine there aren't good pollsters for a price since the demand likely exists, though without an abundance of of statewide offices demand isn't that big.
