    but you arent as likely to succeed against their powerhouse of lawyers. Better to have govt support I guess.

      of a settlement for buying over-priced CDs (no, not the financial kind) and the projected pay-out was something like 37 cents.  

      To get that, you had to send in a letter by regular mail (but that was back when postage was only something like 32 cents, so there was at least some profit possible - reminds me of the saying "if I had a nickel every time a settlement came around . . . ").
