    A question -- as someone who can't take part in the political/electoral process (not a citizen), what are some of the ways I can get involved?

      that don't require voting.  Currently there is still a huge group of people in the U.S. that don't have a progressive outlook on these issues.  Changing public opinion is key - even if it is one person at a time.

        I live in a relatively prosperous area and would be interested to know how I can help. It's not something that has affected me personally but I do want to make a difference...
