    I know nothing about BBQ sauces.  Normally avoid them because of the garbage ingredient list.

    When I want something similar-tasting, I use a an 18 oz bottle of generic plain BBQ sauce and add an 8 oz. jar of Reese Ham Glaze.  Seeing vinegar mentioned makes me think a tablespoon or two of plain white vinegar might be a good "kicker" to add to it.

    Once I get the two sauces mixed, I add the already-fried pork chops and simmer until the meat falls off the bone.

    It's like pork ribs without the bones, or I can shred the pork chops simmered in the BBQ+ham glaze mix for a sandwich.

    I'm sick of attempts to steer this nation from principles evolved in The Age of Reason to hallucinations derived from illiterate herdsmen. ~ Crashing Vor
