be a violation of Bill of Attainder?

If I am correct, and her Bill is violating Bill of Attainder, what can I, or we, do about it?

    •  Yes, you may be correct, injured party must sue (2+ / 0-)

ACORN, as the injured party, sued and won in district court, but lost in circuit court of appeals. Then, they went defunct, so never took it to the Supreme Court.

PP will have to sue as an injured party in order to challenge this if it becomes law.  Already, there is a similar bill that passed in TX and PP is suing there.
