for me to read anything about this asshole, but this really wasn't. See Pat, I may be sitting here still in my bathrobe, hair askew and unshowered and yes, I am waaaay overdue for a pedicure shame on me. But maybe, just maybe that has something to do with the fact that I'm the only one working right now, and working 14 hour days at that.

So if my husband can gladly understand and accept me not looking like fucking June Cleaver, maybe you can understand that there are a lot of women out there who are just a little busy and don't have time for your 1950's nostalgic bullshit.

We view "The Handmaid's Tale" as cautionary. The GOP views it as an instruction book.

the household, male or female, stops taking care of themselves, perhaps it's time for them to receive some encouragement, some TLC, a break perhaps?

Leave it to pat to advise "Kicking someone while they are down" as a viable, marriage saving strategy.

If I look tired to you, give me or pay for me to get a massage.

If my hair looks bad, brush it, or take me to get it done.

If my clothes are not adequate, then help me do the laundry.

If my skin looks bad, then perhaps I need to see a doctor or get a facial--if you can afford such things.

When your partner is having a rough time, the last thing they need is for you to climb on for the ass-riding.

We are supposed to take care of our family members, including our female spouses. And not just on Mother's Day or Valentine's Day.
