    Tomblin isn't in his 2nd term. He only served for under 2years of the Manchin term.

    Not sure if Tomblin going to DC in Jan (as opposed to Manchin in Nov 2010) means that there'd be another special election for Governor but it seemed like WV wasn't totally clear on their own special election laws either

    The Republican Party isn't a party of small government, it's a party of a government for the few. @bhindepmo

      to keep him in WV. No matter how bad the Conservative Dems are, they don't stoop to election fraud. Having Dem governors is a big part of keeping that shit from happening. He'll do more good where he is.
