    Any contract that requires either or both parties to break the law is unenforceable.  This includes agreements that say you can't talk to the police ... Otherwise criminals could just ensure each other's silence by signing NDAs.

    Of course, absent clear evidence of illegal conduct to be covered, a contract like this isn't facially void. But it is certainly voidable once there is such evidence.
