  •  Seems to me that the only real question here (none)
    is #2.  Unless Rumsfeld can prove that Iraq was violating the "no-fly zones" at that time, it would seem to me that this was an act of aggression on our part.  A direct violation of the Kellogg-Briand Pact and the UN Charter--yet another impeachable offense.  Remember, treaties carry the same weight in American law as the Constitution.

    And even if Iraq did violate the no-fly zones, why wasn't anyone on Capitol Hill told about it?
