    Since word salads can also be lies, perhaps you could kill two birds with one stone and post a reputable link from someone not paid to provide a pre-determined set of "study data" which supports your "argument".

    BTW, the veracity of a statement is not determined by state by state polls.

      Well, if you look at the overall national turnout numbers in 2010, it does appear that Democrats had good turnout.

      But if you look at state by state numbers, there is enough data to suggest that Democratic turnout was lower than usual, like in Ohio and Pennsylvania where turnout was lower than in 2006:

      Turnout appeared to be down slightly in several other states, including Ohio and Pennsylvania. Turnout was less robust in neighboring Pennsylvania, where only 41 percent of voters cast ballots, down 3 points from 2006.
      The GOP won 12 House seats from Democrats in the two states combined. They also won both governor's races. If Philly turned out like it normally does, Sestak defeats Toomey.
