    It's always struck me how well the Randians and the Religious Right get along. They are both basically Cavinist: the Prosperity Gospel is rather Randian. They abandoned "The love of money is the root of all evil" and "It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter the Kingdom of Heaven" and substituted "God wants Christians to be rich" and the idea that wealth is a sign of divine favor.

    The religious right themselves with Rand's belief. They turned right-wing political beliefs into religious beliefs. You are considered a holy person based on holding right-wing political views.

    The wolfpack eats venison. The lone wolf eats mice.
