  •  They put up (5+ / 0-)

with registering their cars and getting a license to drive. As the 2nd amendment supporters here have told me often enough one can kill with a car. So how does registering guns infringe on their right to own them? Seems to me this puts gun ownership beyond the right to bear arms and into a whole other right. Seems to me that registering lethal weapons = well regulated.

a major factor in getting a gun to begin with. So they fear if the government know who owns a gun and if the gun itself is registered they will come to their houses with a swat team and take away their guns? This is irrational paranoia and seems in expansion of the 2nd amendment. It certainly doesn't make these gun owners seem 'responsible'. Great how reassuring to know that people this paranoid, arrogant and irrational are armed to the teeth with semi automatic guns that can kill fast and efferently.
