    and have asked my state representive to replace the hospital district tax with other taxation to buy into the 9-1 Obamacare Medicaid match.

    Instead of someone paying $100/year in hospital district tax so the hospital gets $100, that person would pay say $100 in other taxes and the state would match his $100 with $900 worth of federal Obamacare Medicaid money.

    Perhaps $300 of the $1,000 total would find its way to the hospital instead of $100.

    The $700 remaining yearly might be split with $300 going to doctors, $200 to drug companies, $100 to labs, and $100 to other healthcare professionals.

    Texas also has hospital district taxation.
