    Rs won only 47.8% of the aggregate House vote (according to totals from, while Ds won 52.2%.  Yet Rs took 72.2% of the Pennsylvania House seats.  You should see the % margin of victory in D districts - it's ridiculously high.  As if someone were delierately sequestering Ds into just a few Districts.  Funny how that works.

    This is the kind of shit the Founders revolted against.  At the very least over the next couple of years, we need to mout serious Constitutional legal challenges to such redistricting.  Given that most of the districts with extraordinarily high D % ovtes were urban (Philadelphia and Pittsburgh) and heavily African-American, it should also be argued that such redistricting was clearly race-based.

    The road to Hell is paved with pragmatism.
