    One of my first history books was "The Oxford Children's History, 1983"

    The major discussion of MLK was not about his push for African-American rights, but rather the "Poor Peoples Campaign"

    Seems that 15 years later, THAT was what the international folks thought was the most important lesson to learn about America.  

    Still a great book, and wish I still had it.

    I don't blame Christians. I blame Stupid. Which sadly is a much more popular religion these days.
