  •  Seattle can get solar power from Yakima (0+ / 0-)

    or Moses Lake, or wind power from the Columbia Gorge (or wind power from the Puget Sound, for that matter). No problem there. That's what you need transmission infrastructure for.

    We're talking regions, not counties.

    And like I said, it's all hands on deck (lots of different renewable resources) in any case.
