       And it is an international agreement between Great Lake states and The province of Ontario. The agreement is supposed to somewhat control water usage and diversion in the water basin. There is no connection that I know of between the Missouri river and the Great Lakes. However, the Chicago river does provide a connection to the Mississippi River through other tributaries. That has connection has been around for about a century.

      First Nations, over water here in Oklahoma. It seems after the cities screw their water away, they thought to pipe it in from the Reservations. And guess who's not having any of that bs?

      I am so glad that some of the First Nations are more financially stable and can afford good legal firms.
