  •  Wacko as in ideas that don't match the real world (3+ / 0-)

Saying Wacko as in mental illness is quite a stretch. The diarist's ideas are quite off the spectrum of normal opinion, so much so I checked their homepage assuming they were a troll wandering through but apparently have a long posting history that includes the everyone needs a personal arsenal agenda.  If you have to espouse such wacko ideas to support your agenda, then maybe just maybe you should rethink your agenda.

    •  I wasn't going to reply to dickish remarks but I (7+ / 0-)

      must address your "ankle biting".

      1. I have read Dianetics, when I was a teenager.  I did understand the "engrans" that are a mental recordings of painful life events.  It helped me to a point, it had part of my answer, not all.  It was a tool of self-reflection,  self-reflection that is rarely practiced these days, even by myself.  If you wish to detract from something that helped me and disparage it, that's okay, it doesn't make me "abnormal."

      2. On "normal", this is why I replied. I will not and cannot live by your arbitrary standards that tortured me for a very long time leading me to attempt suicide on three separate occasions, the second time I was dead for almost 8 minutes.  Waking up in a hospital 3 days later and thinking, "dammit, the bridge wasn't high enough!"  I had to hide my transsexualism, not knowing what it was which made me anything BUT "normal"!

Today, that term has no power, no sway and reveals an empty meaningless position that cannot stand up to legitimate discourse.

If you'd like to discuss "my perceived agenda" and my actual agenda that I've iterated in my diary, then by all means, let's, BUT don't be a dick about it.

How about we start over? Fair enough?
