    It doesn't matter if they are african dictators, saudi sheiks, hong kong financiers, texas oilmen, south american drug lords, warlords, mafia dons or wall street bankers, they see themselves and the others in their class as above and immune to law and human decency.

    There are no rich Americans or rich Europeans, or Japanese, or whatever: They are all only the rich. Without nation or loyalty except to their money and their class.

    The reason the top 100 riches would never act to end poverty is the sure and certain knowledge that they can do no such thing. All that would happen is the 101-200th richest would use their influence to gather all the money to themselves and little or nothing would actually get to the people in need. All the rich would be doing is giving their money to other rich people. That's the way it always works. That's the only way the rich will allow it to work.
