    From what I've read, Act 10 isn't fully settled yet.

      which will likely be affected by this decision.  And that one is regarding the scope of Act 10.  

      There already is class warfare in America. Unfortunately, the rich are winning.

        but prepare for the worst.  

        We must reclaim the Governorship in 2014 and then work toward non-partisan redistricting, and that may be nearly impossible.  It is a 60-39 split in the assembly but there were 200,000 more democratic assembly votes (1.2 to 1.4 million) in 2012.  Oligarchy has come to Wisconsin and the damage they have done to democracy is immense.
