Does South Carolina have an extradition treaty with the United States?  (Sorry, river0!)

      •  That's okay, OldSoldier99. (0+ / 0-)

The United States is an actual nation.  Nullification and secession are attempts to create political entities out of the non-reality of ideology.

In the ending dust of Gettysburg, Gen. Meade said in a letter to Lincoln, "I rejoice in that the enemy had been driven from our soils..."  With Meade's letter in hand, Lincoln turned to his private secretary John Hay and asked, "When will our generals get that idea out of their heads? The whole country is 'our soil'!"

Even South Carolina in 2013 :-)

What Sheriff Cannon may soon need is not an extradition attorney, but a defense lawyer well acquainted with crimes against the United States.
