    You have the right to cross State lines, but not the right to do so free of charge necessarily.

    No one is going to buy yo a car, or give you airfare.

    I hope that the quality of debate will improve,
    but I fear we will remain Democrats.

      furnish me plane tickets / rental cars / company for the State, one for the private sector.

      Even the Feds paid me mileage -- and yes, they sent me over state lines once -- the road from where I was to where I was supposed to go having been closed for construction, getting there meant an alternate route through Oklahoma. They paid mileage for that, but not for the time their hand-drawn, out-of-date map sent me into New Mexico ....
