    Vote to carry them forward?  I admit I have next to no knowledge of the details of senate procedure

      eternally, while a new House is elected every 2 years.  So the Senate Rules continue unless changed on the first day by majority vote.

      The scientific uncertainty doesn't mean that climate change isn't actually happening.
