    Not fun.
We have an aging IT workforce, and in some cases, people who have died before retirement of age related illness.  Some have died of heart attacks.  Scrumming has started and penned in work areas rather than cubes.  I've seen it go from about 95% regular employees with pensions to about 60% regular and 40% contractors - and all new employees, including my supervisor are not receiving pensions.
They want more work but with less incentive, moneywise and etc.  I'm just waiting for the yearly bonus to go away, I'm pretty sure that will happen sometime in the next 5 years.  It's not getting better.

and the Great Offshoring began --  as well as the flood of HIIB visas intended to depress the tech labor market in the US.
