Delaware is definitely doable this year in the legislature.

New Mexico legislators have announced a plan to put it on the ballot, a possible end around to bypass Governor Susana Martinez. Those prospects remain murky.

Illinois remains a possibility, as does Hawaii.

A bipartisan group of legislators (Democrats and Republican co-sponsors) recently introduced a marriage equality bill in the Wyoming legislature. Wyoming remains one of the few red states to have never passed a constitutional amendment banning gay marriage, a likely consequence of their history as the Equality State and the Matthew Shepherd murder.

California could get marriage equality as a result of Perry case before the US Supreme Court. Arguements will be heard March 26.
