  •  How can those of us who can't risk arrest help? (6+ / 0-)

I am 100% in favor of civil disobedience, if necessary, to stop implementation of KXL. However, I have been told - outright begged, in fact - not to risk arrest due to the risk to my transplant. There have apparently been cases of graft loss due to someone having their antirejection medications withheld while incarcerated. I want to be involved at as deep a level as any who can and do risk arrest.

Do you, or does anyone else, have good suggestions as to how those of us who must obey this or similar dicta can still take direct action, or at the very least, support those who can?

Organ donors save lives! A donor's kidney gave me my life back on 02/18/11; he lives on in me. Please talk with your family about your wish to donate.

Why are war casualty counts "American troops" and "others" but never "human beings"?
