No disrespect to Joe Biden, who is doing all the right things for another go at the brass ring, but in my opinion, the single most qualified and competent person for the job starting in 2017 is Hillary R. Clinton.

and a perfect foil for Pres. Obama, great V.P. - but NOT presidential material. At all.

I note with dismay his recent facial tightening and bouncing about like a rubber ball - he's going to go for it.

One more reason to hope Hilary goes for it, too. She is likely the only one who could stop Biden. I think he's a nice guy, but I can't see him as a strong and progressive Democratic President. I'd really prefer someone younger and fresher than either one - but Barrak Obamas don't grow on trees !

I'd liken her candidacy right now to Eisenhower -

she would draw a lot of moderate Rs and every Dem constituency - it would probably be no contest.

I am guessing she takes a year to recharge, and decides the bastards need to be taken down one more time.

93% democrats and 37% wingers view her favorably. part of today was an attempt to try and take her down a peg or two....and they failed.

with those numbers, even 4 years out, who in the winger party would run? love to see either ryan or rubio try.

expect full frontal winger attacks from this point forward. id don't think they have a chance but this would be the only play they have.

she could win and deliver the House as well.

And she'd really seal the deal in NC and VA

If they were smart they'd run a Christie-Rubio ticket against her -

            But they're not that smart.

Christie on a presidential ticket, now that he's

              1) Complimented President Obama, and - worse -

              2) Criticized the NRA.

I'm not a fan of his anyway, because he's still a union-busting thug and a cliche-spouting moron. And Rubio is beneath contempt, but at least he fits the Repuke ideal.

              Hmmm, maybe a Rubio-Christie ticket...

So who runs as Hillary's VP?

Brian Schweitzer would be an interesting choice:
