    These are cosmetic changes only. The restrictions on filibustering judicial nominations only applies to the lowest level, not Appeals or SCOTUS.
    If the state GOPs can carryout their gerrymandering of the Electoral College, keep the House, take the Senate, we'll be looking at President Christie (despite losing popular vote) an entire legislative branch of Republicans, and guess what. The filibuster will disappear.

    "Liberty" is a living wage. "Freedom" is not worrying about your medical bills.
