The provincial Liberals in Ontario are having a leadership convention to replace outgoing Premier Dalton McGuinty. The winner will become the new leader of the party and the new premier.

Vote's down to the last two candidates; one woman who was endorsed by the MSM (Pupatello)and another woman (Wynne).

It's interesting because the MSM in the rest of Canada (ROC, as we like to call it) was pushing the meme that the less liberal (versus Liberal) Pupatello would win hands down.

Maybe not. The other candidates who dropped out have all gone to Wynne.

Canada will have its first openly gay premier if Wynne wins.

(When one of the other candidates who was further down in the balloting, Kennedy,  dropped out and threw his support to Wynne, he was asked by the MSM about this and he said her sexuality was irrelevant. That is so Canadian a response.)

The Walker administration has taken over issuing press credentials to those wanting to cover gov't affairs in the WI Capitol.
