showing a deep respect on the President's part for Secretary Clinton, along with educating the American people on the vital work that the State Department does for the nation and how fitting John Kerry will be as her replacement.

I don't see the President betraying Vice President Biden or Secretary Clinton. Think he's going to have to let them come to their own decisions and play it out.

As much as I love Joe, with the numbers that Hillary is pulling and his age, it may be best if he just steps back.

I'd love to see someone younger than both of them run. I deeply respect Hillary's work as  Secretary of State and on Women's Rights. But I have a very difficult time giving her my whole hearted support after her vote for the Iraq war, something that as far as I know, she has never apologized for.

In addition, I'm tired of dynasties. If she runs I'll support her as there is no choice. At this point in time I think she has the best chance of winning. But I want new blood, new voices. We need to make sure we have them for 2020. If not sooner.

    •  What dynasty? (0+ / 0-)

Her husband?  Give me a break.

If you don't like dynasties, then complain about the Udalls or the Bushes--you know, families that have real dynasties in place, sucking up all the opportunities from everyone else.

Hillary has been my role model since I was a young girl but I DO NOT want her to run in 2016. I would like to see her doing more with regard to Women's Health around the world.

We are doing ourselves a disservice by discounting the up and coming stars on our side by saying that she is the only thing that will "excite" the base or "win WV," etc.

If we have a female candidate next time around she'll be a Senator from NY but her last name will be Gillibrand.
