    Never lie to a judge, in writing, on something that is quite easy to verify or disprove, like the contents of another judge's order.

    It makes the judge very very very cranky.

      Misspells. makes procedurals errors. wastes courts' time.
      IANAL.
      Can someone explain why after four years and a federal judgement against her, as well as being admonished by numerous judges for procedural errors etc.
      she is not disbarred by CA
      she can still appear in states other than CA
      she has not been barred from filing suits--declared a frivolous litigant, if that's the right term.
      Sorry not to be amused, but coming after the DC decision, I am at a loss to see how the courts work against craziness and for fairness in this country.
