    for your errors or disputes in all cases, generally.  They also don't take responsibility for you losing money due to their not being available when you need them (even due to their errors/problems), etc.

    They are not going to expose your bank account - their privacy policy won't allow for that.  If you want them to transfer their money into a bank account, then you must give them that account info.

    But, as I mentioned, they can lock accounts from access at their whim - that's usually due to suspicions about pre-selling items as a business, etc.

    I suggested Moneybookers above because they can be used like a bank with an associated debit card, for all intents and purposes.  Paypal can offer similar options with their prepaid debit card (also available in Walgreens), so it's really a matter of which provider you prefer.
