  •  High speed rail, especially along the coastal (6+ / 0-)

    corridors, between NYC and Chicago, And around TX and along the gulf coast to the 95 corridor, would be huge. as would light rail in virtually every metropolitan area of any real size.

      and built on roadbeds high enough to permit trains to continue to run during the increasing major East Coast storms now being predicted.

      Or any coast or along most major rivers, really.
