  •  Investors gambled on making money for (3+ / 0-)

doing no work, and they lost. If their governments decided to let their own innocents pay for it... well they, and the innocents of Iceland, clearly shouldn't be punished.

The citizens of other countries complaint is with their own government.

Markos! Not only are the Gates Not Crashed, they've fallen on us. Actual Representatives are what we urgently need, because we have almost none.

    •  I had thought these were people with (0+ / 0-)

money deposited in insured bank accounts.  These were actually people investing in the bank itself?

    •  Yeah. Like our complaint is, or will be soon. (0+ / 0-)

Not only do they take a ton of money from us to bail out the banks, they have the gall to come back and tell us that we're being spendthrifts by demanding that the government provide Social Security and Medicare, programs that we paid into.

Pretty soon, the response from the American people will be "You know what? Fuck all you guys."

If not for the media, and Obama confusing people (which is apparently his job), it would have happened long ago.

if necessary for years; if necessary, alone
