  •  Here you go, Priebus, and Hunter... (15+ / 0-)

Somebody has to do something, and it's just incredibly pathetic that it has to be us.

That's at the Five Fascists for destruction this term.

Keep 'em from voting and mis-, mal-, and noncount the ballots.

Same time, their propaganda induces Exogenous Paranoia -- pounding the same themes over and over, working xenophobia, naming enemies, selling a view of America that has 2,500,000 civilian gun uses a year defending against a barbarian hoard of criminals.

(FBI counted up 83,000 defensive gun uses a year for the years 1987-1992. That includes police gun uses. That's not firing guns, it's taking them out of their holsters. It also includes civilians taking on raccoons, which fairly considered is  part of the Permanent Garbage War. Civilians taking on criminals looks to total 10,000 a year with most of that at small businesses such as bodegas. "Home defense" happens, but it's more like 3,000 a year -- 1 in 50,000 households and that in very rough neighborhoods. The bodega guys are deadly: FBI total for civilian justifiable homicides was 232 for 2010. Bodega guys start shooting, they empty the magazine.)

Paranoia is a substantial mental disorder.

Worked to get Americans to waste $50-billion on purchases of 100,000,000 extra/useless "home defense" guns.

Induced, unnatural paranoia is the key to getting people to believe GOPer lies. Listen to Limbaugh for 10 minutes. He's trying to make you crazy. He's done it to millions of other people.

Then there's Fox News and "American Rifleman." Same difference.

They live or die on their success at drawing their audiences in for exogenous paranoia. Our job ??? How's about folks keeping track of their lies? Lie of the Week for Limbaugh and Fox News. Lie of the month for "American Rifleman."

Organize resistance. Stick it to 'em. Keep on it 24/7/365.

      Anybody interested ???

"Have you left no sense of decency, sir, at long last?" Army Attorney to Sen. McCarthy, 1954. "We have done nothing to be ashamed of. We have nothing to apologize for." NRA 12/14/2012.
