I am going to fashion a pair of cat ears and a tail out of dryer lint, show up on your doorstep, and try to get adopted. There are no better loved or better cared for kitties on the face of this earth.

but she's baffled.  I've been a bit angry because our cat looks like a patchwork quilt of shaved fur, stitches, and injection sites and there is no answer.  NOW we go for this test...  Why not before the surgery?  Well, she said she thought she saw something on the Xray.  I'm not faulting just frustrated.

Sadie is special.  Well, they all are...but..

And it's a good thing you have that foundation of confidence in your vet, or you'd be feeling a lot MORE frustrated and angry.
About five years ago, Andy was terribly, terribly ill, and he was right on the precipice for about two weeks. They tried everything with him but they never did figure out what it was. His vet was very good too, but I was ready to smash furniture from day five onward.

Up now 5:30 am.  Coffee perked..gotta pick Sadie up later this am for trip to Raleigh.   Our vet taught vet medicine and was / is highly regarded...rightfully...she's excellent.  But, we've really had to advocate for Sadie because the vet kept saying it was behavioral...which she now knows it wasn't.  We kept saying...No, this is not behavioral...there's something wrong.  Finally, it presented in such a way that we were shown to be correct.

Thanks for the hug.  We are so looking forward to meeting you in person some day soon.  We'll keep you posted.  I'm guessing it will be tomorrow before we have MRI reading.
