For the last year and a half I've been having a number of problems, and like you I haven't been diagnosed, which is frustrating.  Fortunately, my symptoms don't seem as severe as yours.

I'm really surprised it's not a pheochromocytoma (yeah I actually knew what that was before reading your diary, thanks to the nonsense I've been going through).  I assume they checked you for plasma metanephrines?  Did they also check you with a urine VMA test?

In a way I wonder if they should not recheck you for pheo again.  It seems like almost textbook symptoms.  Could it have been a false negative?  Then again, you'd think that your kidney MRI would have shown a pheo if there was one.  (Note that I'm not a doctor but as I said I've been dealing with this crap for a while and have done a lot of research online).

I think the two biggest things I've learned over the past year and half is the following: 1) It's scary how limited our medical knowledge actually is.  We like to think that we live in a society that knows so much, but then once you have a weird problem suddenly no one has a clue what it is.  2) Health is something you never really appreciate fully until you no longer have it.
