blood pressure runs way high all the time. Always has, even while meicated. But 180/120 was way high even for me. If I get a reading below 150/80 that's reason for celebration.

You are a valuable resource for dealing with life.

The little pains and twinges seem to multiply as we get older, and everyone of these comes with a different sensation.  And lots of these are nerve responses originating from other parts of the body. If I was a hypochondriac, I would be running to the doc all the time.

I assume the key is that if these start to recur or last for more of a few seconds, those are the significant warning signs.

And sometimes you just know when something is wrong.

      •  A couple of years ago my BP climbed to (0+ / 0-)

140/95 and wouldn't go down.  So my ND put me on a Aryedivadic formula (called Carditone) for about 9 months and got it down below 120/80.  Now my most stressful days are 122/82, normal being now 116/75.

inflammation is a factor, wouldn't hat be easy to test using  anti inflammatory drugs, everything from NSAIDS to cortical steroids to biologics like Humira?
