    but it's completely disproven by Scott Brown's voting record.  If you cross-reference Brown's, Mitch McConnell's and Harry Reid's votes, his record shows that in spite of Brown's oft-quoted percentage of "50/50," it was closer to 80% of the time that he voted with McConnell.  His moderate, independent attitude is a campaign myth.

    This is what scares me about Bill Weld as a potential candidate, because he has the same easy-going and affable personality, and is often cast in the same "moderate" light.  The Democratic candidate can't celebrate too much that Brown is out and run a lackluster campaign, or we'll end up right back where we were after the last special election.

      I get it.  I know he  regularly backed up GOP "leadership" on procedural votes in the Senate.  I know he was not helpful with the filibuster nonsense.  Brown had to balance representing a liberal state with serving a a far-right party.

      I am a Warren fan.  I sent her money to run against Scott Brown.  I just don't think Brown is the 'enemy'.  Peace.
