    warning label on their menus to the effect "This food was processed at facilities that butchers horses." Not unlike similar labels about other food being packaged at facilities that also process nuts, wheat, dairy or eggs.

    Supposedly the French have no qualms about eating horse meat. Many Native Americans don't blink at eating dog. The Japanese sell whale and dolfin in their grocery stores. Whatever we do we want to be careful about confusing cultural norms with moral absolutes.

      Half the country wants to impose their cultural norms as moral absolutes.

      Repeal the 2nd amendment.
