I wasn't suggesting that at all. Just that we not use right wing defined terms. I'm not, for example, ever going to use "Democrat Party" either. Are you?

in the US spit out the term "Democrat Party" without fail as a pejorative and as an insult to Democrats.  They started doing this at the behest of Karl Rove - a slick purveyor of vile election tactics and a hate peddler.  The right wing, in unison, says "Democrat" senators instead of Democratic senators because, for them, it is a not so inside insult always thrown out in every discussion, response, statement.  It is a Rovian trick - a ready insult, they believe, always to be used - with an underlying insult at its core.  The right wing is shameless in the US.  They will do anything, no matter how small or large (voter suppression on a major scale in a major swing state - Florida - without thinking twice) and this silly change of an adjective to "Democrat" party instead of Democratic party.

They even had their own president Dubya  saying it.  But I blame the Democrats for not calling them on it.  They allow for it to be said in their faces and sometimes even use it themselves.

        It's the Supreme Court, stupid!

I wrote a note to them recently complaining about CSPAN Hosts using this term.

But CSPAN is a subsidiary of Comcast so it's just another right wing media outlet.
