    In his case it wasn't just ONE attack, it was THIRTY cardiac arrests within 24 hours. He survived, but didn't leave the hospital for three weeks and no one, including his cardiologist, believed he would ever leave that hospital. He lost the lower 1/3 of his heart muscle but lived another 24 years having fun with me until his heart & lungs were completely worn out.  He never needed surgery.

    Of course the thing that saved his life was collateral circulation, it's why older men are much more likely to survive than younger men, they've had more time for their bodies to develop that additional circulation.

    I'm so happy that you are still with us!

    As of this morning November 7, 2012 the Includers are ascendant, and the Excluders are in the minority. [samsoneyes]
